A Client and Community First Approach

For the last 32 years I have built my real estate business around the understanding that every transaction is a milestone in my client’s life, and they should be treated with the care and understanding that matches the weight of that moment. The great majority of my customers are based on referrals from past clients, or previous clients needing help with new transactions who would like to work with me again because of the great care and attention I give them as we build a community together.

Clients buying, selling or investing in Real Estate are often making the biggest investment of their lives, and they want the most current information and the best possible advice.  To this end, I have surrounded myself with very knowledgeable and experienced professionals as part of my team, who are experts in the communities we serve together.

My wife and I recently moved to the Monterey Peninsula to be closer to our kids and our new granddaughter, and I feel very fortunate to be connected to two amazing communities - Salt Lake City and Monterey. I obtained my California Brokers license with the goal of maintaining my Utah Real Estate business as well as providing those services in California with the help of a great team in both locations.

Whether affiliating with Signature Real Estate and my broker Mark Handy In Utah, or working with Peggy Jones of the Jones Group on the Monterey Peninsula, my teams are experts on the communities we serve and they provide me with the knowledge, know-how, and advice to offer my clients exactly what they need.
